WHAT IS NAPJAK MANDU?
Napjak Mandu literally translated to flat dumplings, has been a specialty in the city of Daegu, South Korea. This dish started after the Korean War when food was in short supply by mixing affordable flour along with small amounts of vegetables and glass noodles. This dish is a popular appetizer pan-fried made with a thin wrapper with crunchy exterior.
