Return and Refund Policy

Our meals cannot be returned once shipped.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed due to the nature of food preparation and food cooking.

We do not take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery attempts for the following reasons:
• Incorrect address
• Mistaken order
• Delivery Fees
• When products are retrieved long after a timely doorstep delivery is made

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
• Items more than seven seven days after receiving the product.
• Refrigerated or frozen Items
• Items that have signs of use
•If the package returns to us due to your absence, we discard all the food and they will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
