Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.
How long does delivery take?
All orders will be dispatched in 1-3 days depending on the date you order. Orders will be delivered in 2~5 business days depending of location and after they are dispatched. Dispatch dates are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Please kindly note that orders may not be shipped on the delivery date announced in our delivery guide in the case of a sudden increase in order volume, circumstances of the courier company, or natural disasters.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you aren’t home when a delivery is made, the shipping carrier will typically leave your order at your doorstep.
All items are delivered packaged in a thermal box with ice packs. We advise that you place all perishable items in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery, understanding that you are receiving temperature-sensitive ingredients.
Depending on the season and temperature in your geographic area at the time of delivery, advanced planning may be needed to ensure immediate and proper storage of ingredients prior to consumption.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification. The email will provide your order details and tracking number. You can check it by going to My Account at the top right of the screen.
Can I return my order?
Our meals cannot be returned once shipped.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed due to the nature of food preparation and food cooking.

Shipping
- Orders under $175 will be charged $28 for delivery within New Jersey and New York.
- Orders under $175 outside of New Jersey will be charged $28 for standard shipping (4-5 days) or $49 for fast shipping (2-3 days).
- ONLY minimum orders of $75 are accepted.
*Hawaii, Alaska and Guam are excluded from above conditions.
- We only offer free shipping in orders over $175.
Account Info & Billing
How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your account and head to your Account Settings. Head to the Payments section and click ‘Edit’ to enter your new payment information. Once completed, be sure to hit ‘Update’ to save your information.
How do I update the email address or password associated with my account?
Customers will log in with a one-time code sent to their email.
To change the email, kindly email us at kmealsus@gmail.com with both your old and new email addresses. Because your email address is the same as your ID, we need to manually change it from our end.
